What time is check in and check out?

  • Check-in from 5pm
  • Check-out 11am

What payment options do you offer?

100% payment is taken on booking. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What dates are you open?

We are open all year round. If we are running a wellness retreat in the future, these dates will be unavailable in our booking calandar. You can check up to date availability on our calendar when you visit book a stay.

Do you have any special offers?

If we offer any special offers, these will be announced on our social media, please follow us on socials to keep up to date.  Follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Are you disability friendly?

The barn is single level living and is wheelchair friendly. The ground outside can be unlevel and there is a small step at the entrance, please contact us if we can assist you in some way or any requests we can try and help with prior to your stay.

We are proud to have been fully committed to our guests during the Covid-19 outbreak and we continue to use local established five star cleaning business.

We offer a complete home from home experience. Including all living furniture. Here is a list of things we provide at Waveney Valley Barn.

Can we meet the chickens and sheep?

Yes, we love our guests to meet the chickens and sheep, we can sort that out upon arrival.

Is smoking allowed?

We don’t permit smoking inside the barn or anywhere on site.

How do I book a treatment?

We continue to partner with local holistic practitoners who can offer treatments on site at Wavney Valley Barn subject to their availability. We advise to contact them prior to your stay to avoid disappointment. Explore current treatments on via experiences.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay at Waveney Valley Barn.

What's your cancellation policy?

Any bookings made which are subsequently cancelled are subject to our standard booking terms and conditions which you can read in our terms.

What are your house rules?

  • Please treat the barn with the respect it deserves and leave The Barn as you found it, you can read more in our full terms.
